Tpserver-cpp 0.4.1, and booksale
Posted 2007-03-02-2320
So after several late nights trying to track down a bug which wasn't there, 0.4.1 of tpserver-cpp has been released. Go check the news of Thousand Parsec for more on that. Naturally, the question is now: What's next? He is my guess.
- End of turn processing moved from Game to subclasses of TurnProcessor, implemented for each game.
- Combat moved out of the core of tpserver-cpp completely, giving more flexibility.
- More work on MTSec, but probably not playable.
- Many bug fixes, some for the AI Competition which closes at the end of the month.
I don't really like having really big releases like the last two, so this one might be a little smaller. Might even see the start of TP04 support.
My focus for the next week and a half is the UCSA Second Hand Booksale, run by Golden Key. I am floor manager, and wrote the website. All the IT things have come together, except my laptop just won't connect to the Uni network. Even with very recent drivers I can't get WPA to go, and the unsecure network doesn't appear in the scan list. Not sure what I'm going to do about that when my weekend it already very busy.
